The Birth of the "R & B Chemicals Company Limited" dates back to 1991 registered in Hong Kong as a Main Office of the factory which was located in Jiangsu, China is mainly manufacturing, researching and developing the unsaturated polyester resin, trading as the international commerce.

"R & B" was the first company in the World who discovered the Non-Mixed (SiO2) Polyester Resin for "Rod-Button" usage in 1993. It was the beginning of a era for "R & B", now destines to play an active role in the market, some of the customers enjoyed their products awards from their Government after the using of our materials. In 1996, "R & B" got the certificate of the Fire Retardant of the Phenolic resin issued by 'Warrington Fire Research Company' from England. IT is accepted to be a generally acknowledged approach to the World standard, moreover, it also was appointed to be one of the contractors for the KCRC ( a Hong Kong monopoly railway company) carriage rebuilt. The marine resin was given the certificate of Llyod's certificate from England and American coast guard USCG certificate. The marine resin had been used for the United States military use in 1999 by some Chinese marine manufacturers.

In 1997, "R & B" decided to deliberate a new product - Fire Retardant with Extremely Transparent Crystal style resin and was successfulness at the end of 1998, also in 1999, successful in researching the Transparent Thixotropy Resin. It is the one and only one to manufacture this material at that moment. Those materials are commonly acknowledged and accepted by most of the manufacturers in the field of the crystal handicraft making, especially appreciated in the "1999 and 2000 JEC Exhibition" held in Paris, and got the good comment from most of the same business field.
